We brewed this beer to commemorate the opening of our second location, at 187 Sparks Street in Ottawa. This golden yellow ale boasts a creamy white cap of foam. Grainy and malty aromas meld with a touch of orangey citrus from the use of Ontario Sasquatch hops. The body is crisp and drinkable with a medium mouthfeel and slender body.
