Sasquatch Sinterklaas was brewed in the style of a strong, dark Belgian Holiday Ale. Deep, dark ruby-red in colour and fermented with a rare monastic Belgian yeast strain providing fruity flavours and spicy phenolic aromas which contrast the sumptuous raisiny body. Exclusively hopped with Ontario Sasquatch providing a balanced bitterness with a light touch of orange and tea that give way to the festive late boil additions of anise, clove, and coriander.
