We are seeking a Lead Brewer

Kichesippi Beer Co. is Seeking a Lead Brewer
Reports directly to the Brewmaster 
Responsible for, but not limited to:
  -all aspects of wort production
  -fermentation and cellar handling
  -yeast management
  -filtration and carbonation
  -CIP and manual cleaning
  -safe use of chemicals
  -staging and preparing raw materials along with keeping inventory 
  -follow quality guidelines and SOPs 
  -beer delivery
Qualifications and experience
  -formal brewing training an asset
  -firm grasp of arithmetic, weights, volumes, units, etc. an asset 
  -strong organizational skills required
  -excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  -canning line experience an asset
  -minimum 3 years of brewing experience
  -valid driver's license with clean abstract required
  -experience with draft systems an asset
  -mechanical aptitude an asset
  -WHMIS certification an asset
  -forklift experience an asset
  -ability to work a variety of shifts in rotation
