Our Brewmaster, German Phil, started his brewing career in 2010 during a short stay in Namibia.  One of the traditions there was to enjoy a 'Sun Downer', which is the local version of Happy Hour, but with a view of the beautiful African sunset.  We brewed this IPA with two different hops grown in Africa as a way of honouring this tradition and the start of his brewing career.
