6 Pack of Corktown Stout

Many of the labourers who worked on the construction of the Rideau Canal came here from County Cork in Ireland.  They settled in shanties along the edge of the canal and this soon became known as Corktown. This area is now remembered by the Corktown footbridge that crosses over to the University of Ottawa.

Our stout is rich and dark and elegant, with notes of coffee and chocolate, and a bitter finish.
