Hand-picked from our vineyards on the Beamsville Bench. Each varietal separately undergoes traditional red wine making with two to three weeks of skin contact in open wooden fermenters; treated twice daily to break the surface cap. Barrel aged in 50% French and 50% American oak for one year.
