Tap Room Manager

We are looking for a great candidate to be our Taproom Manager!!

The Taproom Manager is a newly created role at Kichesippi Beer Co. We are currently relocating our brewery and will soon be opening a new taproom in the community of Bells Corners

Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring, managing and scheduling staff to work in the taproom
Hiring, managing and scheduling staff to work events that take place at our location as well as events not held at our location
Placing and managing orders with suppliers for food and other items needed for the taproom
Managing internal supply chain needs in regards to beer and soda for the taproom
Coordinating with the owner in regards to planning events and promotions with the goal of increasing traffic and sales for the taproom
This position is Monday to Friday from 10ish – 6ish but flexibility to work a periodic evening or weekend shift is required
This role reports directly to the owner

Bar or restaurant management experience is essential
Event management experience is highly desired
Beer and/or Craft Beer knowledge is highly desired
