The Beer

Heller High Water is a Pale (hell) straw coloured Bavarian Lager. Brewed with German malts, German noble hops and a genuine Munich yeast. High Water is a classic example of the session beers enjoyed in Bavarian beer gardens. Our seasonal offering has a clean malt flavour with a slight hop presence, perfectly balanced for Summer quaffing.

The Story

While paddling down the Ottawa River (aka the Kichesippi), you will enter into a set of rapids know as Lower McCoy’s close to the town of Beachburg. Just to the right of the rapids is a metal ruler bolted to a large rock that displays to paddlers whether they are about to experience High Water or not.
